ALEXANDRIA, Egypt: Head of Dekheila prosecution Abdel Galil Hamad ordered to form a prosecution team to examine Ezz El Dekheila Company's stores after a landmine exploded there on Saturday October 8. The explosion resulted in the death of one worker. Assistant of the Egyptian Minister of Interior and Director of Alexandria Security Khaled Ghoraba received a report about the explosion of a landmine inside the store of Ezz El-Dekheila Factory. The explosion resulted in the death of a Haresk Company for services worker Nasser Ahmed Abdel Hamid (43). After civil protection department forces' examination and inspection, they discovered the deceased worker was cutting the raw steel and a landmine explosion caused his death. The worker was transferred to a morgue and the prosecution is carrying out investigations about the incident.
