CAIRO: Approximately 3,000 protestors demonstrated in Cairo's Tahrir Square after Friday prayers, refusing a statement by the ruling military council and singed by political parties. Protestors held pictures of chained persons with closed eyes, a symbol of the Egyptian people before the January 25 Revolution ousted 30-year President Hosni Mubarak and his regime. They also held images that expressed their refusal of the latest parliamentary election law. Demonstrators held placards expressing their refusal of military rule and rising prices. They demanded the next president to be from the January 25 protestors.
