The official page of the People's Accordance Initiative was launched by 32 parties, movements, and coalitions. Under the slogan of "Security, Bread, Freedom," the page asked the ruling Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) to adhere to a time table, hand over the country to a civilian-elected parliament and new president by 30 April at the latest. The page declared the alliance of the potential presidential candidate and former member of the Muslim brotherhood, Dr Abdel Moniem Aboul Foutoh, with Dr Mohamed el-Beltagy, the secretary of the Freedom and Party, and the People's Alliance party. The page confirmed their demands of amending the electoral law completely to be compatible with the demands of political forces in Egypt. The website also for the repeal of the emergency law, cancelling military trials for civilians, and making guarantees for free expression. The initiative started to launch an electronic campaign to collect a million signatures on their determined demands.
