Conservative party looks for experienced members of NDP

Former member of the Shura Council and head of the Conservative Party, Akmal Kortam contacted members of dissolved National Democratic Party (NDP) to convince them in participating in the upcoming parliamentary elections as part of the Conservative Party.
“The Conservative Party did not contact former members of the NDP but looked for experienced members of the NDP to benefit them in the upcoming Shura Council,” Kortam said.
The Conservative Party refused to join party alliances belonging to the NDP.
“The Conservative Party will participate in the upcoming elections in 60 percent of electoral regions. Nominees' list will be ready within days,” Kortam said.
