CAIRO: The Egyptian Ministry of Finance ratified the governing principles of the General Budget for 2011-2012 Wednesday. The principles highlighted the legitimacy of the Egyptian people's demands and their right to demand explanations for any delays in their implementation. The ministry called on all governmental bodies and economics and service authorities to adhere to the governing principles of the budget. He noted the difficult period could be overcome if Egyptians follow up these principles. According to the governing principles, the governmental bodies should adhere to budget's financial allocations. Any governmental body that does not commit to the principles should obtain permission from the ministry before breaking them. The budget focused on low-income Egyptians, and increasing job opportunities, considering the global financial crisis and the difficult period facing Egypt.
