Baradei calls proportional representation

CAIRO: Likely presidential candidate Mohammed el-Baradei called for full application of the party-list proportional representation in the upcoming elections.
Baradei tweeted that the constitutional declaration should be amended to fully implement the PR system for all seats.
He said the PR system is the best way to represent all segments of Egyptian society after decades of democratic absence.
