Israeli ambassador will return to Cairo soon

The Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs announced today that the Israeli Embassy in Cairo will carry on its work with a skeleton crew, headed by Israel Ticochensky.
Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor said Ambassador Yitzhak Levanon will return Cairo soon.
Israeli newspaper Maariv said Israel will send its ambassador back to Egypt when Egypt ensures the embassy's security.
