Protestors participating in today's demonstration, “Friday of Rectification,” in Tahrir Square worked to close the exits and entrances to the Square. Some protestors carried hammers to participate in the so-called “Hammer March” to the Israeli embassy where the goal is to destroy the barrier. Protestors carried signs today condemning the Ministries of Solidarity, Social Justice and Agriculture. The Square also witnessed 80 protestors from the Suez governorate. The key demands of the protestors are: a timeline for presidential and parliamentary elections, the deliverance of the government into the hands of a civilian body and an end to military trials. Other demands included a halt to the exportation of gas to Israel, the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador to Egypt, the amendment of the Camp David peace agreement and the prevention of former National Democratic Party (NDP) from running in political elections for five years. Protestors also called for a return to stability in Egyptian streets and the independence of state institutions like the Ministry of the Interior, universities and the media. The Ministry of Health announced that it had dispatched 33 ambulances and medical teams to Tahrir to support protestors and provide them with medicine, blood and plasma. The Ministry also stationed five ambulances at Qasr al-Einy Street and eight ambulances at Omar Makram Street. There are also mobile medical units stationed throughout the Square. center\
