CAIRO: Prominent opposition figure Mohamed el-Baradei criticized Egypt's lack of a transitional timeline on his Twitter account today. He wrote, “On course [to] stability Libya [and] Tunisia developed road map with timeline [for] transitional period; [seven] months after revolution, what [are] we waiting [for]?” El-Baradei is expected to contest Egypt's next presidential elections. Before stepping into the political spotlight in Egypt at the end of 2009, el-Baradei was Secretary General of the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency. He frequently comments on Egyptian politics via his Twitter account.
