The Egyptian Council of Ministries headed by Prime Minister Essam Sharaf tomorrow will discuss a draft decree of the Popular Council's Law of Perfidy, which was approved in principle and put forward for public discussion. The Council will also discuss a draft decree amending certain sentences in the Penal Code number 58, from 1937, also approved in principle. “The Council is preparing reports about security and economic positions as well as external situations,” said Mohamed Hegazy, official spokesman for the Egyptian Council of Ministries. “The Council is studying all programs and strategizing on plans to meet the urgent needs of those in Sinai,” he added.
