CAIRO: The judges who were fired continued their sit-in for the second day in front of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice. The former Minister of Justice, Mamdouh Maraei, fired these judges. When they presented grievances to the ministry, their complains were refused. The protestors performed the Noon prayer in front of the Minister of Justice, Mohamed el-Gendy's, office on the ninth floor. Meanwhile, four judges other headed to Egypt's ruling military council to present their demands and complaints. The Ministry's security had prevented them from entering the headquarters. The military council asked protestors to calm down and set a specific time to negotiate with the Minister of Justice on Sunday. However, the protestors announced they will continue their sit-in until they achieve their demands. On the same context, the director of security from the Ministry of Justice issued statements to prevent journalists from entering the Ministry. Their entry caused clashes between journalists and security members in the Ministry of Justice.
