The Suez Canal achieved the highest profit in history since it was opened for navigation. It achieved U.S. $108.2 million from ships crossing the canal.
The Suez Canal commission announced in a press release it achieved in U.S. $108.2 million from July 22 to July 29. This amount is considered as the highest profit in the canal's history.
