CAIRO: Political activist and general coordinator of the Kefaya Movement, George Ishak, said he has not been nominated as part of Egypt's new government. Ishak met with Prime Minister Essam Sharaf and Dr. Amr Hamzawy. They discussed the Tahrir Square protests and how to achieve the revolution demands. Yet they did not discuss any offers for ministry posts. Ishak wishes Sharaf to succeed in forming new government during the transitional phase. He said Ali El-Selmi and Dr. Hazen Beblawi are good choices for the transitional phase for the ministry. He denied knowing any Coptic nominees for the new cabinet except Moneim Fakhry Abdul Nour, who will continue as Minister of Tourism.
