CAIRO: The Zeitoun workshop will hold a seminar next Thursday to discuss a book about the January 25 Revolution titled, "One Hundred Steps from the Revolution." The book is written by Ahmed Zaghloul al-Shety and has two editions. One was published by Merritt house and the other was published by Beirut house of Arts and Culture. The book will be discussed by writer Fathy Abou al-Aneen and poet Shaban Youssef. The seminar will be headed by novelist Meral Tahawy. Al-Shety was born in Damietta in 1961 and was a short story writer during the 80s. His family worked in the manufacturing of furniture. After high school, he moved to Cairo to study law at Cairo University, where he was graduated in 1983. He published a novel called "Toxic Flowers for an Eagle" in 1990 and a short story called "Internal Winter" in 1991.
