Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed al-Orabi, welcomed the initiative of Bahraini King, Hamad bin Issa, to open national dialogue in July, to gather different national powers in Bahrain. The spokeswoman of Egypt's Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Menha Bakhoom, said al-Orabi declared to press declarations Egypt's situation towards the Bahraini issue didn't change. He stressed the national dialogue is the only way to achieve legal ambitions for Bahrainis. He expressed Egypt's optimism of starting the dialogue and level of participation. Egypt's top diplomat emphasized Egypt's support for Bahrain's independence. He expressed his refusal of any foreign attempts to interfere in Bahraini internal affairs by fueling sectarian tensions among Bahraini citizens. He stressed Bahrainis are participating currently in democratic dialogue, which will pave the way to achieving political reform in Bahrain.
