CAIRO: The assistant to Minister of Defense and member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), General Sameh Sadek said the workers have the ability to promote Egyptian economy. He also said Egypt should use the great ideas and experience suggested by the former Malaysian Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamed, especially since Malaysia also went through a transitional phase. Mohamed made a great leap and shifted Malaysia towards becoming a major country in Asia. Sameh said the international conference of the Federation of Egyptian Industries should improve the performance of the Egyptian economy. It clearly demonstrates the FEI's unique national vision, Sameh said during an interview with talk show host, Jihan Mansour. Sameh added the Egyptian economy will recover by increasing production and money transitions of the Egyptian people abroad, and also by restoring the tourism in Egypt.
