Israel criticized Egypt's education, claiming curriculums are anti-Semitic and promotes racism against not only Jews but also all other religions. Israel demanded the change of Egypt's education and cancel the teaching of the verses of Quran that call for Jihad. The Israeli Army Radio and Israeli TV Channel Seven published a report, issued by Jerusalem's Hebrew University, confirming Egypt's policy of education adopts a racial incitement against Jews in Israel and other states. It added religious curriculums confirm Islam is the true faith and others who embrace other religions are unbelievers. The report, titled "anti-Semitism in Egypt and inciting racism against Jews,” criticized current curriculums, claiming they aim to spread racism among young Egyptian students. It mentioned the former Egyptian government promised to change the curriculums and remove false religious interpretations that support violence and extremism. The Egyptian government added they already started to remove verses that call for Jihad from the curriculum. It added despite the amendments achieved by the former governments, the curriculums still support the Islamic identity of Egypt without removing the ideas that support violence and terrorism against Jews, Christians and the Western world. Chairman of IMPAC-SE center, Yohanan Manokh, claimed they should combat anti-Semitism and racism in Egypt's education curriculums. He expressed his intention to discuss the issue in an international conference held in Israel on June 28. Israeli lies and false claims are a continuation of Israeli double-standard policies and contradict with the principles for which Israel calls and promote in its education, which are based on Jewish values. Israel's education supports the idea that Israel belongs to the Jewish people and their education promotes racial ideas against Muslims and Arabs.
