Egyptian media reported the latest developments in the case of the Israeli spy, Ilian Chaim, especially since the investigations are taken care of by Supreme State Security. Also reported, the writers of this year's national secondary school English exam are to be punished.
Youm7:
The Ministry of Education is going to investigate the technical committee that wrote the English exam for the first-year students in secondary school because they wrote questions not set in the syllabus.
A source within the Ministry of Education said the committee is responsible for setting the exam questions yesterday. The committee consists of four members who are likely to be forbidden from writing exams again.
In the first day of the poll on Sunday, the official Facebook website of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), reports show the most popular potential presidential candidates is the former Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Dr. Mohamed al-Baradei. He got the highest percentage of votes with 20,207 votes, 37 percent of total votes.
Al-Ahram:
Al-Azhar issued a document yesterday of Egypt's future in the upcoming period and the need to support the establishment of a modern democracy based on a constitution acceptable for Egypt.
Al-Azhar cabinet appointed the first 43,000 college graduates with doctorates and masters in various ministries and government departments, universities. Graduates will also be appointed in the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Agency for Organization and Management.
Al-Akhbar:
The Cairo criminal court is currently configuring the financial fraud case against Former President Hosni Mubarak, his two sons and his friend Hussein Salem. All four of their cases will be merged with the case of killing protestors in the January 25 Revolution.
It is expected the court will issue a decision to combine the two cases together when the trial is resumed on Sunday.
Egyptian Minister of Interior, Major General Mansour Essawy, says Egypt is waiting for a response from the Span in the case of the businessman Hussein Salem.
Salem was arrested by Spanish Interpol last Thursday and Essay said Egypt sent a recovery file its own, which confirms the charges of many cases of profiteering, wasting public money. Egypt waits for the decision from the Spanish court regarding Salem's dual nationality. The Ministry of Foreign affairs is conferring with Spanish authorities regarding the extradition proceedings.

President of the Front for peaceful change, Essam al-Sharif, gathered a million signatures to campaign the demand of a reformed constitution before the presedential elections. 650,000 people signed the petition by hand and the rest via the campaign's website.
Al-Masry al-Youm:
Former deputy leader of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Dr. Mohamed Habib, revealed security forces of the former Egyptian President Mubarak managed to penetrate the group learn many of its secrets.
Mubarak's lawyer, Farid El-Deeb, said Mubarak is suffering from cancer and a medical report was prepared to assess the Mubarak's eligibility to appear before the court.
Al-Dostour:

Al-Gomhureya:
The Minister of Housing and Utilities said 40 percent of land will be subject to development in the near future, 24 percent of which are available with natural resources and viable without difficulties. 16 percent are available with natural resources but developing some determinants and said the Minister said he completed the primary strategic plan of the National Urban Development in Egypt for the next forty years, including economic activities in all fields.
Minister of Transport, Engineer Atef Abdel Hamid, will be opening the first phase of the third line of the Metro line Ataba to Abbaseya to the public in December or during the celebrations of the anniversary of the January 25 Revolution in 2012. He emphasized the National Authority's commitment to maintaining contractors to complete all work in October.
