CAIRO: The German government will conduct a comprehensive evaluation on all economic policies adopted by all Egyptian political powers including the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), the executive manager of Germen-Arab chamber for Industry, Hirit, said. He expected Islamic funding will notably grow in Egypt if the MB participated in the upcoming government. In an interview with Middle East News Agency (MENA) Hirit said Egypt will be stronger and will attract investment on its land after the democratic transitional. Investments will increase a result of the expected improvement in the investment environment, the decrease in corruption rates, the enhancement of transparency, and a administration in the economic field. Hirit ruled out a decrease in German investment indications in Egypt if the MB are in power. Egypt's economy mainly relies on training human labor and rehabilitation to face the market's requirements and to increase productivity rates, according to Hirit. He focused on Germany's will to cooperate with Egypt in training and rehabilitating technical labor. "Germany seeks to find solutions to unemployment in Egypt through the German-Arab chamber for Industry and Trade in Cairo. A program aims to create 5,000 job opportunities and activate training programs for youth," Hirit said. As for the German-Arab cooperation, he said Egypt is a pit stop through which Germany's exports go through to continue onto African markets. He said Germany seeks to benefit from Egyptian experiences in trading with Africa.
