The most beneficial fruits for skin are the types that have water in them, and these include melon, watermelon and pumpkin, she added. Mohammed said that fruit substances form an external shield that protects the skin from harmful factors. Water is the best substance for skin, and that is why people should drink eight glasses of water per day especially in the summer, as well as eat fresh fruits and vegetables, said Mohammed. Apricot is the most beneficial fruit to eat after exercise. As for using skin cream, Mohammed said it is better to use night and day cream. According to Mohammed, people should also wash their face with flour water and use face masks made of yeast, flour, water, eggs, and almond oil for a period of 15 minutes. The face mask should be removed using warm water.
