Zamalek have accepted an offer from Serie A club Napoli to loan playmaker Shikabala, the Cairo club said on their website. The Whites said that a lucrative €1.8million offer has been made for the beleaguered star midfielder, who was loan-listed by the club after falling out with manager Hassan Shehata. Zamalek assistant coach Ismail Youssef declared this week that Shikabala will not play for the club next season even if no offers arrived for him. The 26-year-old has been under fire since his infamous rant at manager Shehata during a Champions League game against Maghreb Fes. Despite the club's poor run in recent years, Shikabala has been a key player for Zamalek as he reached his peak under manager Hossam Hassan the season before last. He has often been linked with a move to Europe but Zamalek were always reluctant to let him go.
