Al-Gabbas in for Meteb

Lierse striker Mohamed Al-Gabbas has been called up to replace Emad Meteb for Egypt's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Central African Republic.
Ahli striker Meteb pulled out of the previous World Cup qualifier with Guinea due to an ear infection, even so no replacement was called up.
But this time Bob Bradley decided to recall Al-Gabbas, whose last competitive appearance for Egypt came against Rwanda in September 2009.
The 24-year-old joins strikers Ahmed Temsah, Geddo and Ahmed Mekki in Egypt's roster for Friday game.
Meanwhile, Ahli keeper Sherif Ekrami will join his club for the pre-season trip to Turkey after the first-leg game with CAR.
Ekrami is expected to return to the national team's fold for the return leg in Bangui this month.
