Egypt coach Bob Bradley has made two changes to the side that beat Mozambique for the World Cup qualifier in Guinea. Ahli's Ahmed Fathi is drafted in to replace Ahmed Elmohamady in what was the only change in the back four. In midfield, defensive midfielder Mohamed Shawky will start alongside Hosni Abd-Rabou and Mohamed Al-Nenni as striker Ahmed Temsah made way. Mohamed Abou-Treika and Mohamed Salah retained their places as well as Geddo, who plays alone upfront. Essam Al-Hadari remains in goal and captains the team once again.
