Maghreb Fes coach Rachid Taoussi believes his side can shock Zamalek in Cairo despite being two goals down in the CAF Champions League round of 16 clash. The Moroccans suffered a surprise 2-0 home defeat to Zamalek in the first leg and scoring at least two goals in Cairo is their only way of going through to the group stage. Coach Taoussi, however, recalled the famous win achieved by Raja Casablanca in 2005 when the Moroccan giants overturned a 2-0 defeat to beat the Whites 3-0 in the Arab Champions League last 16 in Cairo. “Even though it was seven years ago, I mentioned this game to encourage my players so that they don't give up,” Taoussi told FilGoal.com. “What happened in the first leg was unexpected, but this doesn't mean our chances are gone. We will fight until the last moment against Zamalek. “I think we can surprise Zamalek and we could benefit from their absence of fans.” Even though they completed a two-match stadium ban, Zamalek will have to play without their fans as the match will be held behind closed doors for security reasons.
