Ismaili are set to turn down another approach from Fiorentina for youngster Ahmed Hegazi after receiving a fresh bid from the Serie A side, FilGoal.com has learnt. Hegazi, 21, has been linked with Fiorentina since last season as Ismaili have been involved in prolonged negotiations with the Italian club, before revealing lately that talks have reached a dead end. The Dervishes said on their website that Fiorentina tabled an improved offer for the up-and-coming defender, even so they seem to be firm on their decision not to let go of him till the London Olympic Games this summer. It is believed that the Egyptian club insist on having the transfer fee paid in full, while their Italian counterparts prefer installments, a financial disagreement that prompted negotiations to reach an impasse. Hegazi, who had been valued by his club for around €1.5million, is expected to lead Egypt's rearguard in the Olympics.
