Egypt have slipped down three more places in the monthly FIFA ranking for national teams, lying in another record-low position. After dropping to their worst-ever ranking in 61st place last month, the seven-time African champions finished 64th in the latest FIFA edition. The drop comes after a CAN 2013 qualifier with Central African Republic has been postponed, even though the Pharaohs claimed a 1-0 victory over Niger in a friendly game. Egypt's next competitive action takes place in June, with four fixtures taking place in the CAN 2013 and the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
