Ahli line up Atletico, Esperance friendlies

Ahli are set to start warming up for the new Champions League season with a number of friendly matches, including high-profile meetings with Atletico Madrid and Esperance.
After more than two weeks of mourning following the Port-Said disaster, the Reds are back in training as they prepare for the Champions League opener on March 23.
According to their website, Ahli will play six friendly matches until the date of their round of 32 meeting with Coin Nord/Ethiopian Coffee.
The Egyptian league holders also said that two friendly invitations from Spanish giants Atletico and African champions Esperance are being considered to be played in March as well.
The Atletico announcement comes even though Ahli said last month that they would face the Madrid side in the summer.
