Coach Talaat Youssef has parted ways with Masri after Saturday's league defeat to Dakhlia. “Youssef's contract has been terminated in a friendly and short meeting. We want to thank him for the recent period,” Masri GM Mohsen Sheta told FilGoal.com. Youssef, 56, took charge of Masri in the summer after ending a successful tenure with Cairo's Police Union. The former Ittihad star's exit follows a disappointing 2-0 defeat by bottom club Dakhlia, who registered their first-ever win in the top flight over the Port-Said side at the weekend. Youssef, who leaves Masri in seventh place with 19 points from 12 games, became the seventh manager to lose his job so far this season in Egypt. At nearly a similar stage of last season, the ambitious Masri board sacked Mokhtar Mokhtar even though he left the team in the top half of the table as well.
