Rahil adds to Zamalek injury woes

Zamalek full-back Sabri Rahil has been omitted from the team's squad for Wednesday's Egyptian league fixture against Gouna due to flu.
Rahil's exclusion compound Hassan Shehata's team woes down the left flank as Mohamed Abdul-Shafi is already out with a groin injury.
Rahil, who almost played no part under Hossam Hassan last season, has been a starter in Zamalek's previous few games, amid Abdul-Shafi's injury problems.
Playmaker Alaa Ali, who has been on the fringes since Shehata took the helm, is set to deputize in an unusual position on the left side.
