Ahli are urging Ismaili to be realistic over the price tag of sought-after midfielder Abdullah Al-Saied. Al-Saied has been transfer-listed by request and Ismaili put a staggering EGP 13million asking price for his services, one year before the end of his contract. “Ismaili should be realistic. The player can sign for any club in three months without their knowledge,” Ahli football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz told FilGoal.com. “I also hope that Ismaili would put into consideration the mutual interest between Ahli and Al-Saied, who wants to play for us.” Ismaili are forced to sell their top scorer in order to ease the club's financial ordeal, which prevented most of the first-team players from receiving their wages.
