Ahli could only allow Amir Sayoud move away on a short-term basis, amid the Algerian starlet's search for first-team football. Sayoud, who has been left out of Ahli's Champions League roster, seems to be far from happy with the lack of regular football with Manuel Jose's side. Ahli football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz revealed that the 20-year-old is being watched by some clubs from his homeland, but insisted that he would only be allowed to leave on loan. “Sayoud is very young and I understand his feeling because he doesn't play regularly,” Abdul-Hafiz told FilGoal.com. “He told me there are offers for him from Algeria, although we haven't received anything official yet. “We are not willing to sell him though; he could only leave on loan.” Sayoud had a short-term spell with Kuwait's Al-Arabi last year as he managed to make a huge impact with the Gulf side before returning to Ahli. The livewire midfielder, who only made a handful of appearances last term, has usually been labeled as ‘the future of Ahli' by club officials.
