Petrojet coach Helmi Toulan will be questioned by the Egyptian FA after accusing referee Mohamed Farouk of favoring Ahli during last week's Premier League clash. Ahli claimed a hard-fought 1-0 victory at Petrojet via a first-half goal from Geddo but Toulan said Farouk's decisions were biased toward the Egyptian champions. "Toulan will be questioned within the next two days over his insulting comments against Farouk," the EFA said in a statement on its official website on Saturday. "He said that Farouk was Ahli's own referee, adding that he knew Petrojet would lose the game when this referee was appointed to take charge of it." Toulan is likely face a charge of misconduct that could eventually result in a touchline ban. The former Harras Hodoud manager was appointed as Petrojet boss in the summer, succeeding the highly-successful Mokhtar Mokhtar who helped the petroleum club become one of the top-half league finishers. Under Toulan's guidance, Petrojet, who sold two influential players in Walid Soliman and Mohamed Shaaban in the close season, collected 12 points from their first nine games. They lie ninth in the 16-team table, five points behind leaders Zamalek who have a game in hand.
