Everton's Pienaar charged with drink-driving

Everton playmaker Steven Pienaar has been accused of drink-driving in Liverpool city center, police said on Tuesday.
A police spokesman said that the 27-year-old "had been charged drink driving and failure to comply with a traffic sign."
The South Africa midfielder is believed to have been out celebrating Everton's famous victory over Manchester United at the weekend.
Pienaar is set to appear before Liverpool Magistrates on March 9th as he faces a fine and a ban from driving.
