Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to take part in a charity match organized by Portuguese champions Porto for the victims of the recent Madeira disaster. "(Club president) Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, got involved in the contacts which led to the confirmation that Cristiano Ronaldo is available to play in the match," a Porto statement read. Portuguese city Madeira, where Ronaldo was born, witnessed a devastating flood this month that killed over 40 people. "It's where I grew up and where my family live. I couldn't believe what I saw on the television. I want to help in any way I can," Ronaldo told the Real website. After his superb opener Real's 6-2 victory over Villarreal on Sunday, Ronaldo revealed a vest with the name Madeira on it.
