Zambia midfielder Rainford Kalaba is on his way to joining Zamalek on loan from Sporting Braga, according to Egyptian agent Ahmed Soweilam. "Zamalek agreed to pay €450,000 to loan Kalaba until the end of the season. The player is close to completing a move," Soweilam told FilGoal.com. Zamalek are believed to have beaten arch-rivals Ahli to signing the 23-year-old, as the Egyptian champions rejected the loan option. Kalaba, who played for Zambia in the African Cup of Nations in Angola, spent the past six months on loan at Uniao Leiria.
