Shunsuke Nakamura insisted on Thursday he was not looking to leave Spanish side Espanyol. The Japanese attacking midfielder has failed to impress since joining Espanyol from Scottish giants Celtic in the close season. The 31-year-old, who was left out of Espanyol's squad for last weekend's league game against Almeria, is determined to win back his place in the team's starting line-up. "I need to find a solution which will help me play more games," Nakamura told Nikkan Sports. "At the moment, I'm not too happy about things. I just need to keep on trying. It's all about trial and error." Lack of playing time could cost Nakamura his place in Japan's squad ahead of the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa but he is not worried. "People might get concerned I could lose my match sharpness before the World Cup but I'm not done yet!" he added.
