Karim Ziani is set to feature for Algeria against Egypt in next month's crucial World Cup qualifier, after recent doubts over his availability were played down. The Wolfsburg playmaker has suffered a tear in his thigh muscle, and an initial diagnosis indicated that he would be out of action for three weeks. However, his injury turned out to be less serious than first thought, and further medical examinations confirmed that he only needs 10 days on the sidelines to reach full recovery. Ziani should be ready to get back in action at least one week ahead of Algeria's trip to Egypt on November 14th, according to France Football. The 27-year-old is also in line to take part in the Desert Foxes' training camp, which starts on November 7th in preparation for the anticipated qualifier.
