Bochum's Algerian defender Anthar Yahia is determined to take part in his side's upcoming Bundesliga game at Borussia Dortmund, so as he can face Egypt forward Mohamed Zidan. The Pharaohs will host Algeria on November 14th in a crucial World Cup qualifier that will largely determine which team will go through. Further to the verbal joust between the Egyptians and the Desert Foxes, Yahia said he's eager to step onto the pitch on Sunday to encounter Dortmund's Zidan. "I will not miss the game against Dortmund," Yahia told Bochum's official website. "It is a special match for me because it is a derby, and I also want to do well with Mohamed Zidan." On his country's World Cup qualification chances, Yahia said: "We have conceded two goals in five qualifying games.
Zidan "It's going to be a pulsating match in Cairo, but in the end we will reach the World Cup." Group C leaders Algeria have 13 points, three ahead of second-placed Egypt with one match remaining. They also boast a four-goal advantage over Hassan Shehata's men. A 3-0 victory for Egypt will see them progress to the World Cup due to a better goal difference. If Egypt beat Algeria by a two-goal margin, either a draw or a play-off game will determine the group winners because both teams will become equal in goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head record. Algeria need to win, draw or lose by a one-goal margin to ensure they will become one of Africa's representatives at the most important FIFA tournament.
