Ahli said that striker Emad Meteb wasn't able to attend training on Sunday due to illness. Meteb missed the training session on Sunday morning and Ahli made no comment regarding his absence until Monday. "Emad had a stomach ache on Sunday and that's why he couldn't come to training," football director Hadi Kashaba told the club's official site. Meteb was back with his teammates in training and could appear in next week's league game with Mansoura, following a five-month layoff.
