Nigeria coach Samson Siasia says that his side are aiming to win the imminent U-20 World Cup, which is held in Egypt. "We have confidence and we have the players to do us proud," Siasia said on FIFA's official website. "The training camps in Qatar and Spain have helped the team greatly and we are heading to Egypt believing we can conquer." Nigeria, whose squad includes a good number of the players who lifted the U-17 World Cup trophy in 2007, took part in two pre-tournament training camps in Spain and Qatar. The Super Eagles lie in Group B, and they are facing Venezuela in their first match on September 25th. Spain and Tahiti are in the same group.
