European champions Barcelona have announced that Brazilian full-back Sylvinho will leave the club after his contract expires at the end of June. Sylvinho, 35, enjoyed a fine season with Barca helping the club win the treble, but the Blaugrana decided against his extension. The skilful left-back played the whole 90 minutes in Barcelona's Champions League final victory over Manchester United last month. Sylvinho won three Primera Liga titles at Nou Camp, in addition to two Champions League trophies. The former Arsenal defender will hold a press conference in Barcelona before his departure this month.
