Arab Contractors have fined Reda Al-Weeshi EGP 20,000 after he protested against coach Mohamed Radwan's decision to substitute him during a league match. The combative striker made no secret of his frustration after being replaced in Contractors' 1-0 victory over Asyut Petroleum on Friday. Al-Weeshi's reaction did not go down well with the club's board, who decided to punish him. "We had to fine the player to maintain discipline within the team," Radwan told FilGoal.com on Wednesday. "Al-Weeshi is a polite guy but he shouldn't have reacted like that." The 23-year-old joined The Mountain Wolves last summer after failing to establish himself as a regular first-team player at Ahli. Al-Weeshi, who scored this season's fastest goal (a 42-second strike against Olympic), is Contractors top scorer with seven league goals so far.
