Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson refused to make any promises that the Red Devils will pull off an unprecedented quintuple this term. Following their FIFA Club World Cup triumph last December, the European champions won their second trophy this season on Sunday after beating Tottenham Hotspur on penalties in the Carling Cup final. The ongoing season is widely expected to be the best ever for United, whose prospect of adding the Premiership, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup titles is quite substantial. "The great advantage I have is I won't get carried away with it. We'll keep our feet on the ground," said the Scottish tactician. "It would be great to think we could do it but my experience says we could go to Fulham next weekend, get a deflected shot off someone's backside and we're out of the FA Cup. "But it was a good weekend for us - you hope your opponents drop points." Domestic Supremacy Ferguson emphasized on the importance of United's upcoming Premier League clash against Newcastle United to maintain domestic supremacy. "The best thing we can do is gather ourselves and energize ourselves for Newcastle on Wednesday," the 67-year-old boss commented. "I'll freshen it up in some positions and, hopefully, we'll get the result we want."
