Bayern Munich coach Jurgen Klinsmann said that his team are starting to harvest the efforts put in training since he took over the club in the summer. After suffering a dismal Bundesliga start, Klinsmann said that Bayern's 3-0 home win over Fiorentina in the UEFA Champions League is a start for good things to come. "We're in good shape, and we're just starting to see the early results of our extremely demanding training over the last three months," Klinsmann said after the game. "We're developing an element of consistency. The players aren't pulling up short any more, they have it in them to run 60 yards even as late as the 86th minute." The Fiorentina win put Bayern top of Champions League group F two and four points ahead of Lyon and Fiorentina respectively. "It was a very important win for us today, as it gives us even more impetus for the coming weeks. That's how we want to go on." "We knew Fiorentina were a good team, capable of counter-attacking at speed, and creating chances but I take great confidence from our physical condition," he adds.
