Hossam Ghaly could end his Tottenham Hotspur misery with a loan move to Birmingham City, English media reported on Monday. The Daily Mail stated that Ghaly is targeted by Blues boss Alex McLeish, in an attempt to revive the Egyptian's lackluster season. Ghaly was on brink of arriving at St. Andrews last season, but he fell out with the then-Birmingham manager Steve Bruce. It is also believed that the former Ahli man is linked with Championship sides Sheffield United and Bristol City. The 27-year-old spent most of last season with Derby County, but rejected a permanent move to the relegated Rams.
