Lazio maintained their brilliant start of the season with a 3-1 away win over Torino to go top of the Serie A. The Biancocelesti have now 12 points from five games and they will be hoping Inter Milan (10 points) will struggle tonight in the derby clash. Goran Pandev was left unmarked in the area to put the visitors ahead in the 30th minute. Torino put a lot of pressure on Lazio but they couldn't capitalize on any of their chances which allowed Mauro Zarate, the Serie A top scorer, to stun them again in the 63rd minute and double the lead. 20 minutes later Zarate made it 3-0 from the spot as keeper Matteo Sereni was sent off because of a tackle on Cristian Brocchi in the area. It could only get worse as defender Francesco Pratali was shown the red five minutes later to leave Torino with only nine men on the pitch. Amoruso pulled one back in injury time, from the spot, to score his side's consolation goal. Meanwhile AS Roma are back on track with a 2-0 win over Atalanta at the Stadio Olimpico. Christian Panucci, 17, and Mirko Vucinic, 31 scored the Romans goals to revive their hopes in this year's Scudetto challenge. Roma are now ninth with 7 points while Atalanta dropped to the eighth place with 9 points.
