Russian hot shot Andrei Arshavin puts a Primera Liga move on top of his priority list next season. The EURO 2008 man of the moment is on the main frame of a host of European clubs, but the Zenit St. Petersburg ace is a fan of Spanish football. "Perhaps the time has come, yes," Arshavin told Spanish daily AS. "I know that I have offers from England and Germany, but what I really want is to play in the Primera Liga. "It's the championship that I have always followed, I like how football is played there. But for now, I have no offers from Spain." Arshavin and co. will face Spain in the semi-finals on Thursday, as the influential striker missed his side's 4-1 to the Spanish in the group stage. Barcelona Dream In the same manner, Russian Football Federation president Vitaly Butko has admitted that Arshavin dreams to play for Barcelona. "Andrei has a dream to play for Barcelona. It is, together with the Russian national team, his favorite team," he said. "He could easily play and show all his quality at Barcelona. Andrei doesn't have less quality than players like Deco."
