Poland skipper Maciej Zurawski might not play further part in this summer's EURO 2008, after his absence for the rest of the first round was confirmed. The 31-year-old striker sustained a thigh injury in Sunday's 2-0 defeat to Germany and is set to sit out Poland's next two games with Austria and Croatia. "Zurawski has strained quads and some bleeding so he may be unavailable for the rest of the tournament," Poland doctor Jerzy Grzywocz said. "For the moment, he will take no part in the next two games." Zurawski is Poland's third player to suffer an injury in the space of a week, as Jakub Blaszczykowski and reserve keeper Tomasz Kuszczak were sent home with injuries.
