Ahli keeper Amir Abdul-Hamid will start against Platinum Stars in the second-leg of the CAF Champions League round of 16 after shrugging off a hamstring injury. "I came through the latest training session unscathed," Abdul-Hamid said. "I'll be included in the starting line-up against Platinum Stars," he told FilGoal.com late on Saturday. Abdul-Hamid sustained a hamstring injury during Ahli's Egyptian League game against Petrojet last month. He returned to action against Stars in the first leg but aggravated the problem. Youngster Ahmed Abdul-Monem deputized for the 29-year-old in two league games against Ittihad and ENPPI. Ahli are not expected to enjoy a smooth progress to the group stage as they were handed a 2-1 away defeat to Stars in the first leg.
