Hamburg, where Egyptian forward Mohamed Zidan plays, beat Bochum 3-0 on Sunday to climb to the third spot in the Bundesliga standings. Hamburg have now 37 points, six behind leaders Bayern Munich who thrashed Hanover. Ivica Olic broke the deadlock in the 40th minute and David Jarolim hit a brace in only 7 minutes, 64 and 71, to register Hamburg's first win in the league since last November. Captain Rafael Van Der Vaart was absent because of injury while Zidan had some action as he replaced Olic in the last 15 minutes. In Hanover, Italian striker Luca Toni produced a splendid performance. He scored a hat-trick in the 58, 64 and 82 minutes to fire Bayern three points clear on top of the Bundesliga table. Toni is now on top of the scorers' chart with 13 goals.
